You’re entitled to be compensated, even if you weren’t wearing a helmet!
At Steelhorse Law Wisconsin, we respect your right to choose to ride in the wind. Let those who ride decide!

We encourage all riders to always wear a good Snell-rated helmet, but we oppose any law requiring it.

Wisconsin law makes it clear: you are NOT required to wear a helmet. If someone injures you, you cannot be blamed or held to be at fault, just because you were not wearing a helmet – even if you suffered a head injury!
