Brian Caron

At Steelhorse Law, we rely on the experience, savvy and smarts of our Atlanta partner, Brian Caron. He is an essential member of our team, when we formulate strategy and tactics in our complex injury cases. Brian started his career as a law clerk for Judge Sidney Nation and Judge David Irwin in Georgia. Then he became an Atlanta prosecutor, honing his trial skills. During this time, Brian became recognized as an accomplished trial lawyer.

Following his work as a prosecutor, Brian went to work for a firm that represented insurance companies in automobile, trucking and premise liability lawsuits as well as nursing home abuse. During his time working as a defense lawyer, Mr. Caron gained experience and insight into how insurance companies establish valuation of a case, as well as prepare cases in anticipation of litigation.

Brian is now a partner with Steelhorse Law in Georgia, the Stein-Caron Law Group. He specializes in motorcycle-related personal injury. Mr. Caron has been recognized by his colleagues for his proficiencies in trial work and appellate work. Mr. Caron has been instrumental in recovering millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for the firm’s clients in the past few years. Mr. Caron is a member of numerous trial lawyer associations, including the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association where he was asked to speak in their 2010 annual conference and present to hundreds of attending lawyers on trial skills and trial advocacy. Although Brian is licensed only in Georgia, we often rely on his incredible knowledge to develop cases in Wisconsin.
